Smoke and Tender is a specialised “all that is Pork” and represents two persons years of working in commercial kitchens.  The artisan products i.e. Pates, Terrines, Pies to Traditional Fagots to Cured Meats and Sausages are also supported by Jams, Chutneys and Sauces individually made for each market.  The hot sales are based on street food from around the world, simple appetizers to meet a wide range of sophisticated palate’s and can be eaten on the run or taken home and be easily reheated.  To meet the sweet lovers’ needs the stall will offer hot donuts, assortment of cakes and fruit pies.
